SAICA TOPP PROGRAMME

PortBridge Capital is proud to offer SAICA’s Accredited TOPP Programme.  We provide a unique solution to companies who are not SAICA accredited training offices to offer their employees who are working to become CA(SA)'s or AGA's the opportunity to obtain their SAICA training through partnering with us.  We work with you to establish and manage your staff’s training programme, thus ensuring continuity and a formalised development programme for your finance staff member.

• Provides employee the opportunity of completing their SAICA training

• Allows employee to continue their CA(SA) or AGA dream as being provided with opportunity to complete SAICA Training Programme at current employer

• Exposes employee to other trainees doing the same programme in various industries, networking, social gatherings

WHO WOULD QUALIFY FOR THIS PROGRAMME?

TRAINEE:

• Holds financial position in a Company OR is looking to do their SAICA Training at one of our Partner Companies

• Is on the CA(SA) or AGA path but has not completed their SAICA Training

• Will need to leave current position at some point to complete the SAICA Training

PARTNER COMPANY:

• Has a valued employee requiring to complete their SAICA Training while pursuing their CA(SA) or AGA dream OR Company is seeking accounting trainees

• Is not a SAICA accredited training office

• May currently have employees which will leave at some stage to join a firm to complete their SAICA Training
